In operation for the last 4 year, is our ICT Lab. The room was converted from a teaching classroom to a large computer room, with 32 PC, running Windows XP. All the computers face the teachers workstation at the front of the class that is linked to a projector, smart board and audio system. This computer is also able to control all the student workstations in this room, to provide a good view of what the teacher is demonstrating on each monitor and allowing the teacher to monitor pupils progress remotely. The room is also equipped with 2 networked printers and portable scanning devices.

Most of our ICT lessons take place in the ICT Lab, on our wide range of software packages, ranging from Microsoft Office 2003 to specialist education art programs and scientific data logging programs.

Every Pupil has 1 hour a week timetabled in this room, usually in the afternoon and is also available in the mornings to classes to support their numeracy and literacy.
